Michael Giuliano

With over 11,000 hands-on hours in Lean, Michael is frequently requested by name as a catalyst for change on some of the world's largest playing fields. Michael's rare blend of extensive technical depth meshed with his results-oriented, high energy, non-traditional style has consistently yielded potent results for some of Fortune 500's Elite and Private Equity. Michael started his career with tech-giant Intel where he earned distinct honors throughout the Pentium and X-Box launches and served as Intel's Lean Content Expert.
Direct hands on experience with Honda, J&J, GE, P&G, Boeing, Airbus, Emerson, and led merger and acquisition activities in Singapore and Hong Kong. Michael co-authored training curriculum for the National Institute of Standards and Technology as well as others in government, and healthcare. Michael has successfully led a comprehensive turn around for a NE Ohio-based, $700M company which grew to over $1B.
Most recently his company has worked in some of the largest private-equity and turnaround deals spanning the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Robert E. Stapp

Mr. Stapp is an executive professional with nineteen years Lean Six Sigma operating management experience domestic and internationally. Robert began his career in 1990 working for a Japanese-American joint venture automotive glass producer which was established as a key supplier to TMM (Toyota Motor Manufacturing) located in Georgetown, KY. During this time he learned the essence of the Toyota Production System and was trained in the Plan-Do-Check-Act management cycle for continual improvement. Robert is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Lean Master(CLM) process improvement expert. He is an author and speaker for Lean Six Sigma business transformation and quality solutions. As a Certified Kaizen Instructor he has managed, facilitated, and been involved in continual improvement his entire career.
