Our Alignment Team's first objective is to listen to the customer's needs and assesses each engagement. Upon gaining a clear picture of the engagement, the task of assembling the proper assets is undertaken. We refer to this as "Alignment".
Functions of Alignment Team include:

- Making practical, cost effective recommendations for better implimentation.
- Providing material support to assets in the field.
- Foster communication between vendors and providers to assure continuity.
- Monitor progress, report results and assure service delivery.
- Training stakeholders to drive sustainability.
