Sagitta's consulting services cover two distinct aspects of cultural attainment. First,  working with our Strategic Partners, we assist our clients in achieving cultural transformation in the workplace through applying Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools. This results in instilling greater efficiency, heightened productivity and reduced waste, leading to sustained growth in clients' profitability and organizational effectiveness. Second, an important requirement of trading in a global economy is having a thorough understanding of the different cultures and traditions of countries with whom our clients do business. Without such understanding, our clients may fail in their dealings with their customers and suppliers abroad. Working with our Strategic Partners, Sagitta will assist our clients in understanding the cultural requirements and appropriate behaviors for doing business throughout the world.
